Did He Get Married Too Young? - Albert Mohler

This article by Albert Mohler addresses the issue of young marriage. In an age where the average age of marriage is now 28 for men and 26 for women, as Mohler notes, the idea of getting married straight out of college seems shocking to many.

The reason we share this article with you is not to justify us getting married at this age, nor is it to give you an excuse to date and marry the next person you come across. As Mohler writes:

"The delay of marriage is a huge problem, and Christians should be in the forefront of seeing and understanding the problem — and countering the arguments against early marriage. Churches and parents need to ask why we are not getting young adults ready for marriage."

As Christians, we need to let our ideas of marriage be influenced by scripture and not by the world. We hope this article will help you in that.
